Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of XI Group, our online platform for FC players, teams, and competitions.
Last updated: May 2026.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will bring them to your attention in an appropriate way through the service (for example, a notice on the site or an email to your registered address). Your continued use of XI Group after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using XI Group, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence, or use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.
Use of the service
You agree to use XI Group only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, other users’ accounts, or data; interfering with or disrupting the service; harassing, defrauding, or harming other users; uploading malware; scraping or automating access in a way that overloads or undermines the service; or circumventing technical or usage limits we apply. We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service or other users.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use. You agree to use a strong password and to enable additional security options when we make them available. You must notify us at support@xigroup-digital.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XI Group and its operators provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100) if you have not paid any fees, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or our practices. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable means to inform you as described above. If you have questions about these terms, contact us at support@xigroup-digital.com.
